New listing
Once saved, a listing is immediately visible on the Marketplace , without manual review. It is moderated afterwards; see Marketplace guidelines. A listing is published only if you have made contact details public in the seller profile above.
Confirm a sale and request a review
Once a sale is actually complete, confirm it here. You will receive exactly one review link to pass to the buyer yourself, using the communication channel you already used. Each link allows a single review and expires after 60 days.
The review concerns you as a seller, not an individual animal. Garnelenfischer checks neither the purchase nor payment and cannot do so because we are not a party to the purchase contract. Every review is therefore labelled “Marketplace sale confirmed by the seller”: you confirmed it; nobody independently checked it.
Each listing can have only one outstanding review link at a time. A second becomes available only once the first has been used, expired or been revoked by you. Each listing may have up to ten confirmed sales, and each account up to twenty in 24 hours. A draft cannot be confirmed: a listing that was never published could not have been purchased.

Your reviews
You may reply publicly to each review exactly once. Once published, a reply remains unchanged. If you believe a review breaches the rules, you can report it; only the operator can hide it. The rules are set out in the Marketplace guidelines.
Your email notifications
This shows only subscriptions linked to your account email. Having an account does not subscribe you to anything. You can sign up on a seller profile or on the Marketplace, in each case by explicitly ticking the checkbox and confirming the email from hallo@garnelenfischer.ch. The subscription becomes active only after you click the confirmation link. Unsubscribe with one click using the link in any message. Details are in the Privacy policy.
